LCI Education Acquires CSLI

Halladay Education Group is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Canadian as a Second Language Institute (CSLI) by LCI Education. HEG was retained by CSLI's ownership to provide M&A advisory services for the the sale of their school. Established in 1992, CSLI is a Languages Canada accredited provider offering top-quality English language education in a world-class location in the trendy Yaletown district of Vancouver.
