Preplanning for Development of the Private School
Step 2 of start-up process takes places once the market-feasibility study and business plan is completed.
The objectives of the study is to formalize your school’s educational / operational / business / financial model, determine its level of feasibility in your market, work plan and milestones, enrollment projections, start-up capital requirements, five-year operational budget, internal rate of return (if required), facility/site requirements, and conveyance of the proposition to your investment and/or founding group. The rationale behind completing the Market Feasibility Study and Business Plan is to consolidate the scope of your project through our extensive business case analysis, crystallizing the educational and operational~business~financing framework, HR and facility/land requirements, enrollment, capital requirements, formation schedule, break-even point, pay-down to investors, Internal Rate of Return(IRR -i f needed), and net profit. Upon conclusion of the Study, the Client can better assess the project’s viability, optimal model for development / operation, site, financing, and formation milestones.
Upon completion of the study, and once it is clear that conditions are suitable to establish a new school in your target location, then scope of the project is framed out to establish concise timelines and a detailed development plan to guide the tasks and resources need to prepare the school for opening day.
